Vegan Waffles Recipe (Fluffy & Crispy)

Heat a waffle iron according to manufacturer’s instructions to high or medium-high and brush with melted coconut oil or cooking spray. Add the amount of batter recommended by the manufacturer and cook until the waffle is golden-brown. Be sure to wait until it has stopped steaming before opening the iron, otherwise the waffle may stick and break apart. Remove from the waffle iron and repeat cooking the remaining batter, brushing the iron with more oil before each waffle. If not eating right away, keep the waffles warm in a 200ºF oven.
